Analyses: Center Points

Center Points (µm): X,Y coordinates for multiple, evenly spaced sample points along the central axis.

• To view data for a different track, enter a different track ID in the Center Points options.
• To modify the number of sample points, enter a different Sample Points value in the Center Points options.

Unlike the tables for other analyses, the Center Points table displays data for a single track. The plot area displays a segmented line corresponding to the centerline of the worm for a particular image frame.
